Returns & Exchanges:
We really hope that you love your order, but if you are not happy with your purchase, it is no problem to make a return to Liven Boutique. We are here for you all the way! We want to make your return hassle free, and as quick as possible, so by following these steps we can achieve this. Please make sure you have read all returns information and ensure that you have followed the correct procedure, and that you are aware of the timelines involved.
1) Please post back your return to the address below. We recommend that you use 2nd Class Signed For by Royal Mail to return your parcel. Or Hermes tracked parcel service. These are the cheapest and safest tracked services.
There is no need to provide any information inside your return, the only thing we require to make your refund is an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your:
a) Order Number
b) Postal Tracking code or a photo of the receipt
c) What you have returned & Why (if there is a fault, please give details)
Once you have posted your item via tracked delivery, you MUST submit the above information to us, in order for a refund to be possible.
Liven Boutique cannot be held responsible for any loss that may occur within the postal system during your returns journey to us, and we cannot reimburse if the package is lost. By sending your item via signed for service, and presenting the posting receipt to us as soon as you have posted you will be able to trace your return. This will give you peace of mind that it has reached our premises and that the return will be insured in case of loss or damage by the postal courier.
We want you to be 100% happy with your order.
You can return any item you don't wish to keep, we just ask that unsuitable items must be:
a) Returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that the 14 days begins from the day after your receive your parcel.
b) In their original condition, unworn & unwashed
c) Items must have all tags still attached or if in the case of a non tagged item, this must be in their original clear packaging
d) Please ensure no items are marked by make up, false tan or creams. We ask for care to be taken when trying your items on
**Please be aware that we do not refund postage costs associated with your order.
We reserve the right not to refund you if an item is returned to us after the 14 calendar day timescale - when a refund or exchange will not be possible and the item will be returned to you, unless the item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
It is also important that you are aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty. In this case, please contact email@example.com with details, photos and order number so we can investigate and resolve this for you. All faulty items must be sent back by 2nd Class Signed For post in order for us to cover the return postal fees if applicable.
