Payment Method – We process all payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment using this service, just select the credit/debit card option to continue with your order.
Delivery - Delivery of your order shall be made by Royal Mail or Courier to the delivery address given at checkout. It is important that this address is accurate. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the UK, (international deliveries will take longer). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are liable to refund the price of the goods.
Returns – Whilst we hope that you will love the items that you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return. Our full returns process can be found in the Delivery Section.
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Unless the goods are deemed defective, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Liven Boutique (the goods must be in the original packaging in perfect condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Please inspect your goods on arrival. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please inform Liven Boutique immediately or as soon as possible and certainly no later than within 7 days of delivery. Any damaged goods reported later than this time-frame will not be accepted. Once we have confirmed receipt of faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Goods should be returned to us to the address included with your order.
Faulty Items – Please notify us of any fault within 7 days of receipt. Items can then be returned to us for inspection and where relevant a refund or replacement. Outside of that time we cannot accept a return.
Earrings – Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to receive the return of earrings. If they are returned to us we will not refund for the item. And you may be charged additional postage to have the item dispatched back to you.
Accuracy of Content – Liven Boutique makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products that we sell, however, slight variations may sometimes occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as digital media, photographic and publishing processes allow.
Safety Regulations –Our products all comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. We will contact you immediately if a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason.
Inspection– You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify Liven Boutique of a problem with 14 days of receipt.

Liven Boutique liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct or indirect loss and/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer which may arise from the use of this Website.

Cancellations –If you wish to cancel an order please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for orders that have already been dispatched. We will confirm by email if cancellation has been accepted prior to dispatch and arrange a refund within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the order being made and will, in such cases, offer a full refund where appropriate.
Privacy & Security - Liven Boutique treats your personal information with the strictest of confidence and will not share it with any third parties. Personal bank account details are directed through Shopify & Paypal and are not disclosed to Liven Boutique during this process.
